Situation
Association of State and Territorial Health Officials was relocating its Arlington, VA headquarters and needed to reconfigure and modernize its AV environment to support hybrid collaboration across a variety of meeting spaces. The project required a strategic balance of reusing existing technology investments while upgrading critical systems to better align with the organization’s new office layout and evolving workplace needs. ASTHO also needed a coordinated de-installation and relocation plan to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless transition between locations. Cenero, as their already trusted AV partner, stepped in to help navigate this transition for ASTHO.

Solution
Cenero partnered with ASTHO to deliver a comprehensive AV relocation and reconfiguration strategy for its new headquarters. The solution incorporated a mix of repurposed and new technology across conference rooms, breakout spaces, executive offices, collaboration lounges, and divisible meeting environments.

The project included Microsoft Teams Rooms integration, wireless presentation capabilities, upgraded displays, conferencing cameras, ceiling microphones, room scheduling systems, AV-over-IP distribution, and flexible room-combining functionality to support a range of meeting formats. Cenero also managed the de-installation, relocation, and reinstallation of existing equipment while coordinating infrastructure requirements with the broader construction team.

To support long-term performance and reliability, ASTHO also leverages Cenero’s UC Proactive & Reactive Service and Maintenance Program, providing ongoing monitoring, remote support, preventative maintenance, and analytics-driven system management for its collaboration spaces.
