LS3P

Situation

LS3P, a multidisciplinary architecture, interiors, and planning firm, was relocating their Charlotte, NC office and looking to enhance the outdated space with state-of-the-art technology. The existing meeting spaces needed to better accommodate hybrid work, simplify technology interactions, and provide a more engaging platform for visual storytelling without adding complexity for end users.

Solution

The project introduced a flexible, experience-driven AV ecosystem anchored by a 6×1, touch-enabled video wall powered by T1V ThinkHub with integrated “Story” capabilities. Designed in a portrait-mounted configuration, the video wall serves as a central visual and collaborative hub as you enter the office, enabling real-time content sharing, manipulation, and presentation that can be engaged by employees and visitors alike.

Supporting spaces were standardized to ensure ease of use and adaptability. A multipurpose room was equipped with dual 86” displays, wireless content sharing, and integrated conferencing to accommodate varied meeting formats. A large conference room features a streamlined, BYOD-enabled setup centered around an 86” display, allowing users to connect and present with minimal friction.

Across all environments, the technology approach prioritized simplicity and consistency. Native integration with Microsoft Teams and Zoom supports hybrid collaboration, while thoughtfully designed audio and intuitive control interfaces—both on-screen and in-room—ensure a seamless user experience.

To support long-term performance and reliability, LS3P also leverages Cenero’s Proactive Support Services, providing continuous system monitoring, maintenance, and responsive support to ensure their technology remains optimized and ready for use.
