Cenero Announces Leadership Transition: Chris Henry Retires, Rob Gilfillan Named New President and CEO
After a remarkable and rewarding career, Chris Henry, Co-founder and CEO of Cenero, a Ricoh Company, has announced his retirement.
Since founding Cenero in 1999, Chris has led the growth of the company from a small start-up into an industry-leading audio-visual solutions provider. While he is pleased with all of the accolades Cenero has earned over the years, such as being recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America, as well as ranking among the Top 50 Systems Integrators by Systems Contractor News, the one thing Chris is most proud of is simple: the Cenero team. Building, developing, and empowering a team that exemplifies the company’s core values to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and seeing that team continually progress with integrity and passion, will remain Chris’ greatest career accomplishment.
Rob Gilfillan will succeed Chris as President and CEO of Cenero. Reflecting on their journey, Rob shared: “It has been a privilege to work alongside Chris for the past 26 years. Launching a company from the ground up and growing it into a $100 million organization has been an extraordinary experience. Chris has been an exceptional leader whose commitment to service excellence and company culture has laid a strong foundation for future success. Working together with Ricoh, I’m excited about the road ahead as we continue to enhance meeting experiences and digital workplace solutions.”
