Homestead Smart Health Plans, a leading health benefits company, wanted more flexible meeting spaces that allowed employees in the office to easily collaborate with remote teams and host seamless virtual meetings with clients and external partners. Their original collaborative solution was exclusively centered around Zoom Rooms. This limited the flexibility to support other web meeting platforms and caused various issues.
Solution
Homestead partnered with Cenero to develop smart solutions that enabled seamless interactions and easily integrated with the Microsoft 365 platform. Meeting spaces included BYOD solutions that allowed employees to easily connect their devices to share information and participate in video calls.
