Design Criteria

Fox Rothschild LLP is a full-service law firm built to serve business leaders. Fox Rothschild helps clients manage risk and make better decisions by offering practical, innovative advice. Over the past 100 years, they have grown to more than 500 lawyers in 16 offices coast to coast. In an effort to help improve inner office and client communications, they contracted Cenero to design and install an enterprise based audio visual and conferencing solution for their Philadelphia HQ and remote offices.

Solution

Fox Rothschild utilizes their conference rooms for a variety of activities including depositions, Continuous Legal Education (CLE) classes and large partner meetings. Cenero designed their systems to be versatile and easy to use. Audio capture & conferencing is achieved with ClearOne audio codecs and Revolabs HD microphones. Tandberg video conferencing systems coupled with the audio system provide video, audio and presentation capabilities for all offices. Christe Digital projectors and a Panasonic 103" plasma provide crisp, clear images of all media content. A Crestron control system combined with a Cenero designed interface allow for any user to easily operate all systems.

In order to ensure that Fox Rothschild’s systems function without a hitch, Cenero deployed their Audio Visual and Conferencing Managed Service called Constant Connect. Constant Connect is a ground breaking managed service that reduces frustration caused by user and technical problems that occur during a video conference or presentation. Every night, Constant Connect tests each component of Fox Rothschild’s audio visual system to make certain that there are no surprises when it comes time for an attorney to conduct a deposition or attend a CLE course. In addition, Tier 3 Technical Support is available to instantly assist with any problem as Cenero has remote access to each and every system within their AV solution.
